Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Do you provide superbills for insurance reimbursement?

What payment methods do you accept?

Are labs included in the visit price?

Lab fees are separate from consultation fees and depend on which tests are ordered. Dr. Boomgaarden uses direct-to-patient lab pricing whenever possible, which is often significantly lower than hospital lab pricing. Lab costs and options are discussed before ordering.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand life happens—please communicate with us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
